According to talkSPORT’s Alex Crook, Man United have added Atalanta midfielder Ederson to their shortlist of potential summer targets.
The 26-year-old Brazilian midfielder is said to be valued at £42m, with his current deal with Atalanta set to expire next year.
Such a fee makes him a significantly cheaper alternative to the likes of Elliot Anderson or Sandro Tonali who could potentially command £100m or more. Other players of interest, such as Adam Wharton and Carlos Baleba, are likely to be more expensive than Ederson as well.
The Atalanta midfielder is also wanted by Atletico Madrid, who were rumoured to have reached an agreement with the player, but not with the club.
