Headline: AC Milan Prepares for Crucial Europa League Clash Against Ferencváros
AC Milan’s coach Ruben Amorim confirmed he will rotate his squad for the upcoming Europa League match against Ferencváros, scheduled to kick off at 18:45 CET (17:45 GMT) at the Stadio Meazza in San Siro, Milan. Despite the changes, stars Gonçalo Ramos and Adrien Rabiot are still anticipated to be in the starting lineup.
The Rossoneri currently have three points from their first three matches in this Europa League season, which includes one win and two defeats. Amorim emphasized the need for a victory during his pre-match press conference on Wednesday.
Milan faces a selection challenge with several significant players injured, including Fikayo Tomori, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Alexis Saelemaekers, Matteo Gabbia, Pietro Terracciano, Samuel Chukwueze, and Strahinja Pavlović. Goalkeeper Mike Maignan will also be absent due to suspension.
While Amorim intends to rotate players, regular starters such as Koni De Winter at center-back, Yunus Musah in midfield, Adrien Rabiot as an attacking midfielder, and Gonçalo Ramos up front will take the pitch. Players available on the bench include Mario Gila, Luka Modric, Christian Pulisic, and Diego Moreira.
The match will be broadcast live in the UK and Ireland on TNT Sports 4 and HBO Max, while Paramount+ will carry the game in the USA. Football Italia will provide live updates through its blog.
