Gavi Remains Committed to Barcelona Amid Transfer Speculation
Gavi has no intention of leaving Barcelona despite increasing rumors regarding his future. His agent, Ivan de la Pena, has firmly rejected reports of any negotiations with Napoli or other clubs.
According to SPORT, the midfielder is focused on making a name for himself under Hansi Flick and has no interest in exploring a move during the January transfer window.
The 22-year-old’s limited prominence in Barcelona’s first-team plans has sparked speculation about a potential exit, with several European clubs keeping an eye on his situation.
Bayern Munich and various Premier League teams have previously shown interest in the Spain international, and Napoli have emerged as the latest club mentioned in ongoing transfer discussions.

However, both Gavi and his representative have not taken steps towards facilitating a transfer, as the midfielder is determined to pursue his aspirations at the club where he began his career.
Gavi’s agent denies negotiations
As previously mentioned, Napoli has looked into the possibility of signing Gavi, but there are currently no negotiations taking place between his agent Ivan De la Pena and the Italian club. In fact, the agent has been clear regarding the rumors, stating: “I have not negotiated with anyone. Gavi is staying.”
Despite the mounting speculation regarding Gavi’s future due to his limited role, there are no signs that the Barcelona academy product is seeking to orchestrate an exit.

Gavi’s dedication is driven by his personal goal to establish himself as an important player at Barcelona instead of seeking consistent playing time elsewhere.
The midfielder has expressed his unwavering commitment to those around him, emphasizing his desire to succeed at the club. He believes that achieving more regular playing time will help him regain his previous form and sees competition for spots as an opportunity to demonstrate his capabilities.
